Hi, I’m Elizabeth!
My whole life, I’ve been a maker and a storyteller. Someone who cherished handmade friendship bracelets, loved words, and kept fresh paper and markers close at hand.
As a child, so much of my world existed inside my house or down my street. My friends and family were so close that I could slide a note under the door or a handmade gift in a mailbox and feel that immediate joy of connection. As an adult, I’ve learned to navigate a world where my dearest people are far-flung. Sending beautifully designed handwritten cards is one of my favorite ways to make them feel near.
With a master's degree in magazine journalism and 20+ years of corporate design experience, I've spent my career telling stories and translating visions into meaningful designs. My creativity and delight in helping people foster connection led me to create Little Lizzie Paper in 2019.
My Love Language is gift-giving (you could have guessed it!), and I get great satisfaction from making a good list. When I’m not designing, I enjoy hiking and exploring near our home in Columbus, OH, and beyond with my husband Andy, photography, and keeping cozy at home.

These cards are beautifully made, the color is fun and fresh, and the paper + envelopes used for them is incredible!! The ink doesn't bleed through when writing and it's got such a good weight to it. Also, the packaging was on point and the packaging details that were included made it feel like I was opening a gift when my package arrived. I can't wait to mail these cards to my girlfriends and purchase more from this shop in the future! 🙌
