Ordering
Opening order minimum: $125Reorder minimum: $100
Payment
Payment can be made by credit card or check payable to Little Lizzie Paper.
Payment is processed at the time of shipment.
Net 30 terms on approved credit.
Shipping
All shipping costs are charged at time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. Most orders ship UPS ground or USPS. Local orders can be hand delivered. Orders are shipped from our studio in Ohio. Please notify us of any time-sensitive orders. Little Lizzie Paper is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Turnaround Time
Our typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days, but turnaround times may vary. If you need your order expedited, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Backorders
You will be notified of any backordered items, and the remainder of your order will continue to ship unless otherwise directed.
Display & Packaging
All of our products must be sold in their original packaging.

Refunds & Cancellations
We ask that all cancellations or changes to your order be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or returns must be reported within 5 days of receipt. All products must be returned unopened, unused and in original packaging.
