For orders shipping to the United States, get free shipping when you order totals over $35. For orders less than $35, the cost of shipping will be calculated at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Your order will ship from our studio in Ohio within 2-5 business days. Depending on where you live in the U.S., your order can take between 1-7 business days to be delivered. We ship our orders via USPS, FedEx, or UPS. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note: We are not responsible for any carrier delays.

What is your return policy?
If your items are unused, unopened, and undamaged, they can be returned within 7 days of receipt. We will issue a refund minus the cost of shipping.

Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! Our boxed stationery is carefully wrapped in tissue paper and tied with colorful ribbon so it’s ready for gifting.
Can I include a personal message with my gift?
Absolutely. Just add your message in the “Order Notes” section at checkout, and I’ll be sure to include it with your gift.

I would like to customize a design that I see in the online shop. How do I order?

What is the style of your artwork?
Each piece is designed with soft, subtle artwork and clean typography. My goal is effortless elegance: beautiful, maker-made stationery that gives you plenty of space to share what’s on your heart. Simple, thoughtful designs that let your message shine.
What paper do you use?
All cards are digitally printed on heavyweight 120 lb. stock, giving them a premium look and feel.

Who designs Little Lizzie Paper?
That's me, Liz Lacombe. All designs are created in my Columbus, Ohio studio. My love language is gift-giving (you might have guessed it!), and I take joy in creating stationery that helps people celebrate life’s meaningful moments.
What inspires you?
When I’m not designing, you’ll often find me hiking and exploring with my husband Andy, snapping photos, or keeping cozy at home. Those experiences fuel the simple, heartfelt designs you see in every piece of stationery.
